"Touch Switch is Active"

 

<Cause>

This error is displayed when the power is turned on while a touch switch is being pressed.

 

<Solutions>

  1. Remove your finger from the screen.
  2. When a protective sheet is attached to the screen,
    check if anything is caught between the sheet and the screen.

 

If the situation is not improved by following steps 1. and 2., the MONITOUCH may be faulty. Consider returning the unit for repairs. For information on repairs, contact your local sales representative.
If your product has expired for repair, consider replacing it with a new series.
